These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you and RENIO, LLC ("Company").

The Survey Money Portal web site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Survey Money Portal web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Each user agrees to pay to the Company a one-time subscription fee, in advance, via Pay Pal, credit card or other method from time to time established by the Company, for use of the Survey Money Portal web site.

From time to time, the company may provide its members with access to offers or promotions made available by or from third parties. If a Survey Money Portal member provides an e-mail address or other information to such a third party, the company will not be responsible for the use of the information so provided.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of the Survey Money Portal web site, you warrant to the Company that you will not use the Survey Money Portal web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. 3. Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
   Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
4. Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
5. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.
6. Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service.
7. Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.
8. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

The company has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, the Company reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

The Company reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Company's sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not authorized the Company's spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of the Company.

Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

MATERIALS PROVIDED TO THE COMPANY OR POSTED AT ANY SURVEY MONEY PORTAL WEB SITE
The Company does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to the Company (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Survey Money Portal web site or its associated services (collectively "Submissions"). TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Survey Money Portal web site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New York, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Survey Money Portal web site. Use of the Survey Money Portal web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Nevertheless, you may on an occasional limited basis download or print out individual pages of information that have been individually selected, to meet a specific, identifiable need for information which is for your personal use only, on a confidential basis. You may make such limited number of duplicates of any output, both in machine-readable or hard copy form, as may be reasonable for this purpose only. Nothing herein shall authorize you to create any database, digital copy, directory or hard copy publication of or from such content or information, whether for internal or external distribution or use. Our company will, in all circumstances, pursue infringers for the maximum remedies, protections, and statutory damages allowable under Title 17, USC, Chapter 5.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF CODES, PASSWORDS AND INFORMATION
You agree to treat as strictly private and confidential any subscriber code, username, user ID, or password which you may have received from the Company, and all information to which you have access through password-protected areas of the Company's Web Site and will not cause or permit any such information to be communicated, copied or otherwise divulged to any other person whatsoever.

If you are unhappy for whatever reason, please contact us via email support {at}surveymonyportal{dot}com and we will do our best to work with you for the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The following terms, conditions, and procedures shall apply to all returns and refund requests:

• Customers who order a product with the sole intention of copying it and immediately returning it for a refund, in violation of both U.S. and International copyright laws, will be pursued via legal action for damages.
• All refund requests must be received by us no later than 60 days from the original purchase date of the product. In your request, please, include a list of the companies you applied to for surveys, any responses (surveys filled out).
  
• Refunds can only be issued to the credit card originally used to purchase. We do not issue refund checks - no exceptions! We cannot issue a refund if your credit card used to make the original purchase has been cancelled or has expired.

(This policy is in place to protect us from the criminal act of some dishonest customers of receiving a refund check, then disputing the original charge in order to fraudulently obtain two refunds from us. Unfortunately, many dishonest people do this; therefore we no longer issue checks.)

Our company may, from time to time, offer free bonus items to customers who purchase products from us. Because these products are merely bonuses and not part of the actual purchase price, customers may not obtain refunds due to dissatisfaction or inability to use or download free bonus items. Refund requests are only applicable to the actual product(s) purchased.

Our company reserves the right to change these terms at any time, without notice. Any changes to these terms shall be considered retroactive to all customers.

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK POLICY
A "chargeback" occurs when a customer disputes a credit card charge.  A fraudulent chargeback occurs when a customer attempts to dispute a charge for merchandise that they have actually purchased.

Attempting to dispute a valid credit card charge is fraudulent and is illegal.  Our company does not tolerate chargeback fraud, and we follow the following procedure when this takes place:

1. If you attempt to dispute or deny a valid charge, we will first contact you directly, because most disputed charges occur as a result of the customer not recognizing our charge on their statement.  You will have ten (10) calendar days to reverse your dispute upon receipt of our letter.
2. If you do not reverse the dispute or otherwise attempt to resolve the situation, we will file a police report with your local authorities and seek criminal charges against you.
3. Your account will be turned over to a collection agency, which will initiate collection activities as well as report your account as delinquent to all of the major credit bureaus.  In addition to our u.s. collection agency, we also contract with collection agencies abroad.
4. If you still do not resolve the situation by either reversing the dispute or reimbursing us for the amount disputed plus our bank fees, we will file a civil lawsuit against you for the amount disputed, for bank fees related to the chargeback, for additional damages for the harm your chargeback causes to our merchant credit record, and for punitive damages as the courts do not take credit card fraud lightly.
